01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. ph0063 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph0063 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph0063 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address before withdrawals can be processed. ph0063 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph0063 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph0063 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your ph0063 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ph0063 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within one (1) hour during business hours. ph0063 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph0063 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph0063 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph0063 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• ph0063 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Betting Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

ph0063 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph0063 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on ph0063, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments

ph0063 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph0063 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the ph0063 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. ph0063 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, and any regulatory matters shall be addressed in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and procedures.
